Sweet Heat Bourbon Smash

This cocktail brings the buzz with a perfect blend of bourbon, honey sriracha, and citrus magic.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ ounces bourbon (non-alcoholic substitute: 1 ½ ounces apple cider mixed with a few drops of vanilla extract)
- ½ ounce lime juice
- 1 teaspoon Lee Kum Kee Honey Sriracha Sauce
- ½ ounce simple syrup
- ¼ cup mango juice
- Mint sprig, for garnish
Preparation
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the bourbon (or non-alcoholic alternative), lime juice, Lee Kum Kee Honey Sriracha Sauce, simple syrup and mango juice.
- Add ice cubes to the shaker. Shake vigorously for about 15 to 20 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a lowball glass glass filled with ice. Garnish with mint sprig and enjoy!
