Sweet Heat Bourbon Smash

This cocktail brings the buzz with a perfect blend of bourbon, honey sriracha, and citrus magic.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ ounces bourbon (non-alcoholic substitute: 1 ½ ounces apple cider mixed with a few drops of vanilla extract)
  • ½ ounce lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Lee Kum Kee Honey Sriracha Sauce
  • ½ ounce simple syrup
  • ¼ cup mango juice
  • Mint sprig, for garnish

Preparation

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the bourbon (or non-alcoholic alternative), lime juice, Lee Kum Kee Honey Sriracha Sauce, simple syrup and mango juice.
  2. Add ice cubes to the shaker. Shake vigorously for about 15 to 20 seconds until well chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a lowball glass glass filled with ice. Garnish with mint sprig and enjoy!
