Pork Banh Mi Burger

Ingredients
For burger patty
- 1 pound ground pork
- ¼ cup finely chopped fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon Lee Kum Kee Coarse Ground Black Pepper
For assembling
- 4 brioche buns, toasted
- Cucumbers, to taste
- Fresh jalapeños, sliced, to taste
- Cilantro, to taste
- Pickled veggies, to taste
Seasoning
- Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo Dressing/Spread, to taste
Preparation
- In a large bowl mix all ingredients for pork patties together until fully combined. Portion into 4 equal patties, about ⅓-inch thick.
- Preheat the grill to medium. Add pork patties to the grill and allow to cook without moving for 5 to 7 minutes. Flip the patties and repeat with the other side for additional 5 to 7 minutes, or until internal temperature of 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
- To assemble the burgers: Add some Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo Dressing/Spread to both sides of the toasted buns and top with the pork patty, cucumbers, jalapeños, cilantro and plenty of pickled vegetables. Serve immediately and Enjoy!
