Ingredients
- ¼ cup Lee Kum Kee Honey Sriracha Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Lee Kum Kee Minced Ginger
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Rice, for serving
- Green onion, to top
Preparation
- Mix the marinade: In a bowl, combine Lee Kum Kee Honey Sriracha Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce, olive oil, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, Lee Kum Kee Minced Ginger, rice vinegar, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined.
- Marinate the salmon: Place your salmon filets in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the salmon, ensuring each piece is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours for more flavor).
- Cook the salmon: Remove the salmon from the marinade and cook using your preferred method (grilling, baking, or pan-searing) until it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit and flakes easily with a fork.
