Fun fact: Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce started with a happy accident, Bob Ross style. Lee, a restaurateur in Southern China, got sidetracked while boiling a pot of oyster soup. When it simmered down to a thick gravy, he discovered an irresistible, delicious new flavor that would change the course of culinary history.
